American Splicing Poor Customer Service.. Anyone E


I ORDERED A FSM60S FUSION SPLICER FROM AMERICAN SPLICING ON 5/19/11. I WIRE TRANSFERED THE MONEY TO VINCE. I NEVER RECIEVED ANY OF MY EQUIPMENT. I HAVENT HEARD FROM THE GUY OR BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT HIM IN ALMOST A MONTH. WHEN I SIMPLY ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT BUT NEVER DID. I AM NOT SURE IF EVERYONE ELSE IS HAVING THIS MUCH TROUBLE WITH HIM BUT I KNOW I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH HIM AGAIN. THERE ARE TO MANY OTHER FAR MORE RELIABLE BUISNESSES OUT THERE FROM WHAT I HEAR FOR IT TO BE WORTH ANYONES TIME, PATIENCE, OR MONEY TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE LIKE THIS.
