Hate to jump in here but I have to ask all of you arm chair business owners out there.... What if a technician you employed still had YOUR equipment in their possession, were responsible for damage claims, chargebacks, etc. Would you pay them in full and just absorb the cost of the damage/chargebacks yourself?
I'm just curious since everyone on here seems to know exactly what they are talking about. Seriously, i'm looking for a legitimate answer!
