That is the sad part of it all. I love the work, I just don't think all the crap that goes with it is worth it, to me anyway.I "Retired" from the business about 5 years ago, but just can't seem to keep my hooks off for more than a year at a time. I just got finished hanging a couple miles of fiber just last week. I get a call every so often to go "hit some sticks" and think of all the "fun" that I had in the past and just can't seem to turn it down, but I sure wouldn't want to try and "Make a living" doing this any more. Right now I run a home improvement business, it pays the bills, and in my spare time I sit in front of the computer and make television commercials. Now that's what I really like to do.
