Funky Cable coming off reels

On the construction side of things, has anyone else been seeing weewahs coming off the reels lately?  I dont know if they have been dropping them during shipping or if they are being rolled up funny at the factory.  it seems the last month or two the Commscope .625 reels have been hell to work with.  Just wanted to see if this is happening anywhere else......
