no not a rookie by long shot,most lineman i know would knock you the fuck out  and then go on about their business. thats hanging plant while you sit in airconditioned trucks and watched.by the way why do you think they call lineman first? BECAUSE WE DO CLIMB POLES !! if we dont put it up just what the fuck would techs  and installers do?you can go to schools or ojt for techs and installs but their isnt a school for guts! that was my original point 42' isnt to high for a REAL LINEMAN only most techs .but I have actually seen a tech or two who actually werent scared of heights just not many. lineman carry ladders for midspans not to get up the stick  yes USC gamecocks not just football we also have back 2 back baseball champs  rw
