no one but pwr kwew why poles so tall at time but found out later  new exit  going in.  40"from neutral .2 months later  Concord N.C.   complete rebuild put strand up waiting on cable plant mngr says we got fiber lets put it up first.  we will just bury it under coax someone smarter says u cant do that so we delash every bit of fiber $$$ wasted- lash wire, const.cost. time oh by the waqy deadline on job more manpower taken from other jobs ongoing lineman made deadline by working  all nite unnessarlly. plant manager no longer works for twc  he was a good tech just not much commen sense if u dont believe that i have enough lineman that were there on both jobs same plant mngr. same job.  just another example of waste and why industry cost decreasing drastically     ALL TRUE take someone off street make him installer with 2 weeks training, old  installer moves to tech ,old tech to plnt mngr all from 2 weeks extensive (joke) training what happened to learning how to walk first  thank you for polishing my typing skills
