all true bro. charlotte n.c. about 5 yrs ago didnt happen all 1 week it took about 2 months time  strand fiber up over new exits off I-85   then oh we need coax there also that when it all started all we suggested was coax ug but if you are a lineman and have worked on tw job or any other they allways try to get it done CHEAPEST way poss. usually without thinking of future why else would you put up 12 ct. fiber where its obviosly going to grow (area) instead of at least  96 ct. still have some of billing paperwork tried to explain that but was told WE design it you build it!! 4 mnths later new strand and fiber 42 ft in air coax still in ground with old fiber     dont care if u believe me  u prob work 4 twc dont wanna admit it   if u need proof positive call me (803)391-1579        rw
