no DA we told them they would have problems in future because of height  they had nobody climb that high  this was in a neighborhood  dont kn ow why  pwr set taall poles  there solution (twc) was lower system  duke power  said had to be 40 pwr there nextr idea was put back at 40 lineman allready up there just  run drops to ground installer barrels midspan- pull up at house amp 42 ft in air  taps 42 ft in air  nobdy can climb poles there to high (techs-techs) now we went  up and down poles. end resultthey went underground to solve their problem    we got paid  strand ,  coax, fiber. and then totake it all down  then put it back up then wreck it all out to go undergroud which is what dumbqass lineman tried to get them to do not because we were scared of poles  we knew thet would be  now you figure even at cheap prices how much money was spent on this project  and this is only 1 of many.  everyone complains about low prices in industy nationwide just imagine if someone listened to dumbass lineman who is not smart enough to to be a tech or installer        how much more $$$$$$$ could we all be paid   if  we could use a little common sense   instead of trying to show how smart everybody is !! just one D.A. linemans opinion  B.A.Elec.engineering U.S.C.77still a dumbass lineman and I love it        hope uuuu can follow along and understand this
