Well, I will tell you the things I do know, and then tell you why I don't know more. I know it is a 2 fiber drop to the house and we are using one of the fibers. I know that the drop is spliced directly to the feed from the CO. What type of connector is used at the ONT I am unclear on. See, we are a union and non-union company. I am on the non-union side, and we are unable to check anything to do with the drop or ont. I can just hook up to it. I am just trying to get some help on where the problem could be. I know everything in the house is good, because it has been rewired, and some twice. Repeatedly going to a customers house that you have done everything for is ridiculous. Thanks for any help you may have. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the drop to the house. I don't know.
