worked on tw sys in n.c.  was told frame 40'' from pwr regardless. frames were 42'.  techs. saw this went to coordinator. installers can't reach.  had to lower to 25'.  pwr said no!! go back to 42'.  tw solution-lineman hook poles again, run drops to ground so installs could barrel to homes.prob solved ! not quite.techs still can't reach it.  went u.g. no one listened to dumbass lineman who tried to tell them. how much time &money  was wasted?      just 1 dumbass lineman not smart enough to do anything else
