Hey good i had to teach myself and lost money until i learn my job since when isn't gaffing part of the job now if these people want to pay to step it then i will put steps where ever you want them. lets say I do step them then whats he going to do at the next pole. thats like a pilot saying well I took off great but can you or someone land this 747. I feel that if you don't know your job then you shouldn't be doing it. My first love is climbing there is nothing better than being strapped in and watching the sun rise and set over the water, well ok a good piece of tail but thats it. look I had a stroke 4 years ago and because of it I no longer able to climb I mean I probaly could if I had to but i would and could put other people life at risk now is that fair NO so I had to leave the telecom world.
Bottom line people need to raise the bar and stop lowing the bar.
