Krell, you're exactly right. If you take a job you do it to the best of you're ability and take pride in your work. To many people are just in the business for a paycheck and don't care about anything else. That mentality is prevalant in too many lines of work these days, part is the blame of the companies owners that don't provide for employees like they used to, part is the blame of parents that don't instill a work ethic into thier children. Either way a good hand is worth his weight in gold.
