I can count how many times I have been out on a TC where the cx says, "you know how many tech's have been out here to fix this problem" or how many pink slips they have with tech's that have been out there and have not gone thru the whole job to "COMPLETE IT"! It is very seldom an equipment issue! Use the meter issued and find the problem! Bad drop, bad fittings, old or bad splitter and narrow it down to IF it is a system problem! Give the customer what they are paying for! Professional, Accurate Service! It is that simple "Normally".
Now the tech not seeing all jobs now does not mean he/she does not have jobs for the whole day! It means "Concentrate on COMPLETING the job you are issued or have it narrowed down as to why you can't". THEN move on! It's a great system! Use it as a Positive!
