Cabledad is right. The pay movie channels are barely break even at best. With Netflix and Hulu dominerring as they are, expect even less revenue from those channels. Concentrate on illegals and make them compliant before worrying about swapping to digital and requiring set top boxes in my opinion.
Cabledad is also VERY wise getting a mpeg4 HE. High quality compression will maximize the systems abilities.
