so when you say a 2000 or 5000 retainer do you mean that some companies hold back up to that amount , I am pissed that we were told no charge backs and then after 6 years the company says we are thinking about charge backs then one friday missing 1000 from my check from 3 months prior I never signed or agreed to an ammended contract . Also now he holds back 20 % every week this just happened 2 weeks ago and I can not beleive that a company would take on charge backs and a lower pay in actuallity . What happens after the 90 days with the 20 percent held should they return it to you then ? Also there is none of this on my payatub just the amount that I took home but nothing in writing so what are my options ? Is small claims court quick ?
