Stop to Think If You Should

Guys and girls we are all in this together. When rates drop, and pay lowers, and add ons are given for free. STOP! Consider moving on or just not choosing to work for that contractor. If we Cherry pick our good Employers then we positively reinforce good contract pricing and negotiating. The WORKERS that take jobs for less only continues that trend in the market. (im speaking about the way cheap labor pushes out good honest american work) Our work is easy as tough can be. Dont let these shysters lower our prices and pay. Its bad enough they take away benefits and increase work without pay. The businessmen only intend to put our money in thier pocket, OR give free stuff to the MSO so they can beat competition and win bids. Put the supply and demand scale leaning back to our side. Its starts with YOU!!! Without us techs, they would have nothing but a futile society pissed cuz they dont have phone, tv, or HSI. Its as IMPORTANT as electric. And ALLL of it should and WILL be UNION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
