When I was in Houston after Ike I caught so much shit trying to be passed through on billings , The most blatant was this one crook submitted a map with drop down on every pole but now broke lashing wire or strand replacement, no cable replacement, so I looked deeper and it was underground! I am looking so hard to get a gig up there so I can use my expertice and keep shit honest.
