Most "old folks homes" are a for proffit business, therefore the owner(s) are or should be responsible for CATV not the cable company or government (obama give enough hand outs already).As far as cable in the class room, let teachers teach that is after all their job. Like a lot of parents teachers could take advantage of CATV by allowing it to be there baby sitters. This only allows Mrs. obama to preach even more about our obese children. I can however see there being certain instances where CATV could be beneficial in ALL government/school facilities, but only in a central location. Even so if the cable companies give "free" services they need to be compensated in some form of tax incentive. Just my opinion.
