I can understand basic service to firehouse's, but,, schools, and any other goverment buildings. Why? You're suppose to be working, teaching or learning, not watching TV, and I don't care if it's only the news or wheather channel. Just another distraction.
Did those franchise agreements include free catv to jails and prisons too? I've built cable to alot of jails and prisons, over the years.
