Hey!
Ive been wondering if it is common for a sales contract with a cable/telecom company to include any sort of clause which states an agreement that an in-house marketing director, sales supervisor, etc may NOT recruit or offer current reps in-house positions or sales contracts. If so, what is the language used to express such an agreement within the cable/telecom company? Would it be out of the question or hard for a sales contractor to include such a clause, or standard procedure???
Any help with this would really be appreciated, Cabl Bar has always been helpful to me with information, I hope you guys can come through for me on this one too! PLEASE HELP!!!
