SW Fl sux for cable.... I'm on the customer end now and the signal coming out of the plant plain sux. I have had techs out here on 5 occasions (one where they sent the line sup, OSP manager, tech ops mgr, and a trainee all at once to try and tell me the attenuation of my signal changing between -6 to -13 on the docsis frequencies during the day is normal. That being 75 ft away from a value 11 tap and the signal at the side of my home is -3db dn for docsis at the GB is screaming for around here. I feel for the poor installers down here. It's comcraptic.
