My largest complaint, Why cant a MSO get a work order correct? Currently if the work order calls for wireless in the notes, but not being charged in the coding, you cant bill for it unless you charge the customer. Expect you to work for free or listen to the customer complain about extra charges that were never explained. I think that work order discrepancies should pay the contractor extra. Like a failed QC, since the csr didnt do thier job and explain things properly to the customer.
