The problem is that the dummies are always put in charge. Hire guys that are qualified and pay them good money to do it. You get what you pay for. I heard a owner once say "Anyone can do this business"! That owner is now being sued and running from the suit. If you believe anyone can do the install business then stay out of the business because that is whats made this business so crooked in the 1st place idiots that get money that have no ethics or morals and then feast off the hard working men and their families. End of Story!
