Now on another note:  On the background checks they should be looking for "violence"  "rape" "harm to children"   and nothing else.
All other crimes should not be important. If you got arrested for drugs then it will show up on your pee test if you didnt learn your lesson and then of course you will be disqualified for the job.

All other charges I am sure you learned your lesson and of course if you didnt then you will be right back in the pooper for an extended stay. 

Drug testing yes I agree, test for drugs everyday all day.

This scrutinizing for 20yr ago crime is crap.   


I am not a felon and no I have never gone to jail,  I am just a neautral guy looking out for whats best for everyone. 
My IQ is 127 and I can walk and chew gum.
