The Windstream engineers I have been working with the last few years are great. They know how to draw up the jobs and give specific detail on splice points and do a great job updating the records. The jobs that are pending are pretty much falling on a wish list at the moment and it's driving them crazy and the contractors that do much of the OSP are sitting idle. Not a good market at the moment.
