I've got a few questionsHow many points per day are you scheduling per tech?Overbooking on points is not a good policy it forces the tech to hurry, cut corners, and results in repeat TC's.I know the powers that be want to take into consideration the cancels and not homes but you can't do that. It's not fair to the customer or the tech.How much drive time is there between jobs and is it built into quota?This causes missed appointments and mad customers.Do you do downloads after every job is complete?If you are what is the passing percentage, failed downloads equals repeats.Do the techs have a back is the download is failing?probably most of these guys aren't service guys, do you have a service tech that can help them out if they run into sometime they don't understandI never yell, explain what you expect, and get them the consequences, Make sure if they don't know something to ask.Good luck
