have your high flyers on a Self QC program. They must fill out QC form on each job and also provide pictures of before and after install on each job. Also give them the proper tools to complete each job if needed. Have them take a customer survey form with them for the sub to fill out. Questions like , was tech on time , did tech complete install , did tech explain all services , are all your services working , were there any damages to your property. Also you can have the high flyers on a post call program. Make them call your dispatch before leaving job , have dispatch talk to sub. Have a excel form filled out that tech called and completed post call so you can track. I can fill you in on more ideas if needed PM me if you want.
