Re: Fair Credit Reporting Act

Okay so what about a more relistic situation. A guy goes out with his fellow coworkers to a bar & gets a DUI.
A guy gets in a loud argument with his wife and the neighbors call 911 and he gets charged because if the police get involved someone has to go to jail.
Work comes and goes so much that a guy loses his house and has to file for bankrupcy.
Ex-wife takes so much of his paycheck for child support that it is impossible to pay bills on time if at all.

Everybody in this business is in this same boat or knows somebody who is. Can't leave the state or even the area without losing what little custody he has and most of his pay because of it.

These small mistakes should keep him from being employed???WTF
