Well its the 2nd pay date we were told and still no money. Talked to Jay Martin who apparently could care less what his 2 supervisors told us and stated we will be payed next friday, which is now the 3rd date we have been told. He also told us if we attempt a construction lien he would make sure we lose all our money in litigation and attorneys fees. This is the type of company Bowlin group is apparently, could care less about their techs or their techs families. I have been in this business since i was 17 years old, i am now 33 and i have been lucky i guess to never go thru something like this. Maybe its somewhat my fault for trusting the supervisors in lexington at their word instead of calling jay martin to begin with but i will not make these mistakes again thats for sure, August 5th is the new date on the calendar.......we shall see......
