That is better than $500.00 but still there is confusion.
The bigger issue is the turnover.
The way the HSPs have screwed with installer money just makes otherwise competent techs just walk away and not look back. Word gets around. You don't have to train new guys all the time if you have productive, experienced techs doing it better every day. I can't even find the subcontractors and HSPs that I have judgments against....and I think I may not be alone in this.
So we again line up the deck chairs as the Titanic moves on.
