I splice/sweep for Bowlin and have for over 5 years now, and have always been paid on time and whenever there has been a mistake on a check, they made it right. Don't know all the particulars with this gentleman's situation, but do know that the Bowlin Group is not a fly by night organization that is going to drag anchor just to try and beat  someone out of a bit of money. They are a 4 division corporation, doing power, phone, catv, and cell tower projects, and have been established for some time now. Again, don't know the particulars with this gentleman's situation, but do know they are most definitely not fly by night.
