I have done both in house and contracted for both. DTV inhouse was better pay, better benifits, supplied everything, shirts, pants, hats, van and every tool, Dish I had to supply drill and pay for uniforms.  DTV insurance was better. Free acc up to 6 rcvrs I had 7 and no one complained. Pay was better on DTV side when it was busy about the same when it was slow.   As far as non responders, cust sat score ect DTV has more to grade you on but Dish makes it almost impossible to get Bonus.  If I had to go in house again it would be DTV.
