Your talking more about fullfilment work with an HSP or cable company, the OP was talking about doing pre construction, so doubt badge would come into play on that front. Everything else high splicer said may come into play, but maybe on a smaller scale, I have never heard of a 5 year retainer, 90 days to 1 year is the norm.
