What i said was the QC tech gets NO compensation, we are there to make sure tech's do the job in compliance with company policy, i have no incentive whatsoever to fail a job versus passing it, that is on the installer. Pictures dont lie, if the jobs not right, yep, your gonna return and fix it or get charged back, would you run your company any other way? We give tech's an oppurtunity to correct job before any charges, I think that's a fair policy?
