Two years ago I would have agreed with you but as far as the Tampa market goes goes at this time there are a lot of issues even internally they cant seem to keep a site mngr for any length of time there. You take this last month Mastec up and changed the % for non responders in the middle of the month and never told anybody.
I agree there a lot of bogus compalints on the bar but charge backs for equip related sc and bogus where's my tech charge backs are drivng the hate. Here is another one National restraunt chain needs a non pen mount to do the job since it is a National account I cant charge the cx for the mount but Mastec absolutley will not provide me the mount for free. The job gets resched because I am not paying for the mount since I cant charge the cx, then Mastec gets in my #$%* over it being resched. Maybe not all offices are this bad but here and now this one is, and by the way that job was an upgrade would have paid 35.
