Considering MASTEC.......they have a long and bad reputation. Become clear on your plan with them. Will you be an employee? Will you be a contractor?
Do not let them pay you like an employee while you eat contractor overhead costs! A company truck is NOT a company benefit and neither is a gas card. Piece work is incompatible with hourly rates. They write the route. Job duration is unknown. Go from there.
