A person's work ethic is just that,
all techs are not ripping people off, cause I don't...
The point i am trying to make is that the man in the field
is much more important to the process than, the person who takes the call.
the payout from any project is because of the man in
the field getting the job done. You know first contact, set appointment
represent out town company, have tools materials, and the rest...
Some people are willing to work for less, even while rates drop, I can dig that,
but for me " if i do the work, why not pay me right" understanding what pay me right means???
now days, highly skilled technicians are willing to work for pennies, under-cutting each other, while the middle-man who only takes the call, makes dollars!!!
That don't add-up.
