Try the mcormick pork rub also. I mix 1 container with equal amount of brown sugar. rud pork roast all over with a thick layer of mustard then sprinkle mcormick mixture throught cooking. A word on cooking put charcoal on one side of the bottom of your grill and a alumimin(spelled wrong) pan on the other filled with apple juice to keep the heat moist. use hickory chunks that have been soaking in water for a few hours. place the pork on top grill rack over the pan. No flare ups and tasty smoked meat. 5 hours later the best pulled pork sandwich you will ever eat.
