You really need to do a closer examination of what Jesus said in that passage, and reconsider your assertion (Jesus has already confessed me before His Father in heaven. Since I never said I denied Jesus), the rest omitted for the sake of content and non-relevance.
Jesus said "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven".
He did not say that he would confess anyone to his father that did not deny him.
The pre-requisite for having Jesus advocate on one's behalf is that they believe in him (first), and are not ashamed to confess him before men. (Rom. 1:16 paraphrased)
