  Thats how I feel. Whoever gets the job done. Once got in a fist fight with a guy because he thought being white gave him special privalage over the hard working black guy on the crew. There are two women on the I&M crew at the garage I work out of, they show up everyday and get their loads done on time, unlike a few of the men.
