Tell your boss to grow some balls and stand up to the QAS. They know that apartments will not have a ground. He probably never even went to the job. Being a former QAS no ground is not an auto fail. So if the only reason listed for fail is no ground, you got a dick for a QAS.

Time to tell your boss to stand up or pay up.
