There is a company in New Orleans doing Dish Network, in their contract it states that you are responsible for the job for a whole year. That is crazy. All the things that can happen in a year, you are guaranteed to get a changeback. It's best find a job outside of cable/satellite. These greedy HSP's are making it hard to make a living. I shut my company down because of was tired of explaining bullshit chargebacks to my guys. Sure I was making money but it's hard to sleep at night knowing that one of your techs got a $60 chargeback on a SIN90 for a bad groundblock on a new install. What makes it bad is that I purchased the ground blocks from the HSP..That was the last straw for me.
