I think most guys would be happy just getting the money that is owed. It is just getting crazy the amount of money that is taken. I do a job I expect to be paid. If you find something you don't like about the work, tell me and I will fix it. Don't just say well the sticker fell off the remote, so no pay. Or our receiver that you installed failed within 90 days so you owe us $50 to replace it.
The thing is the satco's have made this business shit. Who honestly thinks that this job is a min. wage job, has never done it. It takes the ability to deal with customers, deal with weather, considerable problem solving skills, time managment and drive to do this job. With the hours that most techs have to put in no one should be making less than 50k a year.
