Must be in the Houston area?I think that offer was gone and out the door as soon as it was spoken.Or shortly after!!!But it is possible to do figures like this if all areas are shorted out and someone keeps track of all SOI AND BACK CHARGES Comcast loves to send back to there contractors!!!Final thought; its like a salesmans job.GOOD LUCK!
