Hello I install DTV in NJ now. Just like thousands of other guys I got an invitation to join the lawsuit against Multiband for overtime pay owed. I spoke with the attorney but I wasn't too impressed. Couldn't give me an answer for any question I asked; even though I asked for no specific numbers, names, dates, etc. I am posting on here to ask other guys if they think joining this class action suit is a good idea? How much money do you think it would come out to for three years of work? What about retaliation? I know retaliation is illegal but try proving it in this industry. Just wanted to ask other guys' opinions on this topic. Should I join up or pass on it? Thanks for any opinions guys.
