no dice ,bro , the message system they have built into it is csg's version of text message. my advice - check your phone often. BTW - being an in-house tech myself, we get the same issues of pulling in and jobs disappearing. some of it has to do with prairie voice (the pre-call system) and simply other techs needing work. call dispatch to let them know you just arrived on-site and have them move it back to you. i have done this as contractor as well as in-house and they usually will do it. prairie seems to be the biggest issue of it all in that if hey have yoip of some type the prime phone number wont work so the system sees it as a dead job, but they are working on this.
