csg/technet question

Does anyone know if there is a way to push forward technet notifications so they come through like taxt messages or emails. I am tired of getting unassigned notices as I pull in the driveway...It really pisses me of when i drive for 30 minutes just to have inhouse yank my job, if I cna get it thru email/text notification ot could save a lot of gas and time..
