You (Kerry Metts) are wanting to start your own company?You must be kidding!Start by having $50K+ liquid in the bank.Then be prepared to wait for 30+ days to receive payment from the Cable Operator.Then be prepared to be charged back for all the installed sales that do not retain for at least 90 days.Then be prepared to have to shell out any where from $300 to $1000 before the reps that you "think" are going to work for you leave their driveway/knock a door.Be prepared for guys that call and tell you that a job looks great and all you need to do is advance the room and they'll start the next day then you don't hear from them for a couple of days so you call the Hotel only to find out they've checked out and got a refund for the room that you put on your Amex. (Amex made the Hotel refund me then the Hotel called me for your info so they could file a Police report, "I of course complied").Good Luck! You're going to need it.
