Start up company

I am looking for information to start up my own sales company, does anyone have information on how to find this out or any contact numbers.  How to contact the cable companies? Any chance of being successful with a small company (2-3 people), would any of the MSO's go along with that number of people, average 12-15 sales per week?  thanks for any help!
