This system is the INUIT portion of Canada around the 50th parallel.
The pictures are taken thru internet status monitoring system.
There is about 125 Cable modem operating DOCSIS-1 on this portion of the system.
It is a 870 MHz system and all coaxial, no fiber.
The picture on the left show the return operating normally.
Suddenly has shown in the picture on the right, the return band (5-40 MHz) fill-up for about 3 to 4 seconds and then all become normally after as shown in the left picture. It is repeated once in a while, let say maybe every 40 seconds. Then it will disapear for a while.
Any idea what cause this problem?
